大学卒業後、製作家杉田賢司の工房スギクラフトに入門。8年間修行したのち渡米し、アーヴィン・ソモギ氏の元でギター製作を学ぶ。2014年地元富山県・高岡市にてOgino Guitarsを設立。日本で製作したギターの1本目はラストギターでの販売となった。洗練されたデザインと力強いサウンドが魅力で、日本のみならず世界中からのオーダーを抱える人気製作家である。
After completing his university education, Ogino began his apprenticeship in Sugi Craft under Kenji Sugita. Following 8 years of training, he relocated to the United States to study guitar making under Mr. Irvine Somogi. In 2014, he founded Ogino Guitars in Takaoka City, Toyama Prefecture. His workshop’s first guitar was sold at Last Guitar. Ogino’s refined design and powerful sound have made it highly popular, leading to orders from all over the world, not just domestic orders.
